Used furniture:

All used goods are used and as such are sold fit for their purpose but please consider this before buying as all furniture is sold without warranty or guarantee and will carry marks commensurate with age.

It must be accepted that leather will carry natural markings and thus must be considered natural characteristics of the leather.
Hand dying of leathers is not intended to produce perfect uniformity in the leather and should not be expected to be even throughout any piece of furniture. It is intended to give character to this type of furniture. Scars may be evident and should be considered characteristics of the hand dying process.

Any previously restored furniture must not be considered new and it must be accepted that due to age imperfections in upholstery and finish may be apparent. Furniture that is recovered on your behalf by ourselves will be done so to our standards but can have imperfections in upholstery and finish due to the age of a piece and the methods adopted by ourselves for the recovery of used furniture.
We give no guarantees that flaws will not arise and as such any flaws should be considered characteristics of the piece and in keeping with the heritage of the piece. Full payment must be received within 7 days of sale and items will be dispatched once funds have cleared. Postage is additional.

Delivery prices and times quoted are intended to be used as a guideline only and are not to be considered a contractual offer. A precise figure will be given upon request. Delivery can take 14-21 days once funds have cleared however we are not liable for delivery times that exceed 21 days and no financial compensation may be given.

Whilst we endeavour to keep all new furniture delivery dates precise we do reserve the right to vary these if required.

New furniture:

New furniture made to order will not be eligible for a refund unless significant flaw is evident upon delivery. If flaws occur within the first 12 months we reserve the right to have the furniture returned for our inspection upon which we will either repair or replace whichever we deem fit.

All frames and components (springs and legs) carry a the following warranty:-

Signature Range Manner 1 - 50 year warranty and we will carry out any work we deem necessary for a nominal collection and re-delivery charge. This warranty does not cover leather, fabric or any other covering used or damage due to abuse or commercial use.

Signature Range Manner 2 - 25 year warranty and we will carry out any work we deem necessary for a nominal collection and re-delivery charge. This warranty does not cover leather, fabric or any other covering used or damage due to abuse or commercial use.

Signature Range Manner 3 - 10 year warranty and we will carry out any work we deem necessary for a nominal collection and re-delivery charge. This warranty does not cover leather, fabric or any other covering used or damage due to abuse or commercial use.

Delivery is included for mainland UK and times quoted are intended to be used as a guideline only and are not to be considered a contractual offer. Delivery can take up to 14 days after notification from us that your piece(s) are completed and ready to be dispatched and once funds have cleared however we are not liable for delivery times that exceed 14 days and no financial compensation may be given.

Whilst we endeavor to keep all new furniture delivery dates precise we do reserve the right to vary these if required.

Delivery times and prices outside the UK will be given as per request and are subject to the same terms and conditions. In some instances it may not be possible to maintain the same warranty for sales outside of the UK.
